Sugar Open gets Prudential boost

ORGANISERS of the 2017 Zambia Sugar Open say over 70 per cent of the budget for the tournament has so far been met.
Speaking when Prudential Insurance donated K80,000 towards the hosting of the tournament, organising committee chairman Roy Penny said the response from sponsors had been overwhelming.
Penny expressed optimism that the entire budget would be met before the event tees off at the Lusaka Golf Club in April.
“We thank Prudential for coming on board,” said Penney.
Last year’s tournament was won by Sweden’s Christofer Blomstrand.
